Digital Downloads FAQs
1. To purchase digital downloads, select that format (if available), of the media title you would like to purchase. See image below. If you received an automatic free download with the purchase of another item, the download will be be made available to you, automatically, after checkout; you can skip to step 3.
2. When you are finished shopping, click the "checkout" button. See image below.
3. After completing your checkout process you will reach the "Thanks for your order" page and you can click the file link(s) in the "Downloads" field to complete the download of your file. See image below. That's it, you did it!
Your digital downloads will remain in your order history for download at a later date, should you need to download it again, or from another computer. To do this, you will need to log into your account and click “My Account” at the top of the screen. If you have any questions, please contact downloads@kungfunation.com
